Delivery & Returns
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We have a limited amount of products in stock, but often our goods will be made to order. We take great care to hand make and package each item, so please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you need something for a specific date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it to you in time.
Orders posted within Europe are free.
We use Deutsche Post DHL for all European orders and it should be with you within 1-4 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
We're pleased to offer a flat rate of £15.00 on worldwide shipping.
We use Deutsche Post DHL International for all orders to the rest of the world. After dispatch your order should be with you in 5-7 working days, but it can take longer.
*Please note - International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs delays. Any additional charges are at the customer's expense. You can contact your local customs office for further information.
We accept returns of unused or defective goods for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Just send us an email at email@example.com and we can give you the return address.
Please send the item in its original packaging using a tracked method, and include your name and address inside. Once we’ve receive the package, we’ll exchange or refund as instructed.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.
Please note that any items that have been customised cannot be returned unless faulty.
