How do I care for my product?

Once your product starts to wear in, a gentle buff with a soft cloth will bring back its natural shine. If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry away from direct heat sources, as these can cause the leather to dry out.

Dry leather can be nourished with a sparing application of pure neatsfoot oil. Simply rub a little into the leather with a clean cloth, leave to air dry and give it a final buff for a rich, warm glow. Please note that applying oil to leather will darken the colour.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We usually have a limited amount of products in stock, but sometimes our goods will be made to order. We take time and care to make and package every item, so please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

I’m in a hurry, can I get my order sooner?

If you’re in a hurry or need something for a specific date, please send us an email to let us know and we’ll do our best to get it to you in time!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Simply select your preferred payment method at the checkout.

Do you take custom orders?

Although we are currently very busy making our stock items, if you’re really keen to work with us on something special, do send us an email and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take on.

Do you offer other leather colour options?

All our products are currently only available in natural, un-dyed vegetable tanned leather. Remember, the leather will darken to a rich caramel colour over time with exposure to sunlight and the natural oils from your hands.

What are these marks on the leather?

We like our leather full of character, and therefore choose full grain* hides, leaving the naturally occurring imperfections and blemishes as a visible feature of our products.

*Full grain means the surface of the hide has not been machine buffed to remove flaws on the skin.

What if my elastic wears out?

Our products incorporate an elastic strap for fastening. Although it will withstand the rigours of daily use, we know that the leather will out-live the elastic. We therefore offer a free elastic replacement service should it wear out, become over-stretched or break. Just send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.
